It has already been 23 years since I founded an ERP company in 1994, when the term ERP was still unfamiliar in Korea.
At that time, MIS (Management Information System) was being used as a tool for corporate management activities, and in 1998, with the IMF crisis, the era of ERP had truly arrived.
After a period of transition in which hundreds of ERP vendors emerged and fierce competition continued, only a few ERP vendors are surviving today.
I have personally experienced and learned a lot from the entire process of ERP's birth, transition, and recent maturity. Since enterprise solutions such as ERP sell invisible knowledge, I believe that the quality of the solution, consulting ability, and customer service must come together to succeed, and above all, trust and satisfaction with customers are important.
We have already developed and implemented our own ERP (Smart-ERP) for small and medium-sized businesses since 1996, and have been selected as an authorized business partner of SAP, the world's leading ERP company, so we are familiar with the characteristics of both domestic and foreign products.
Since 2014, we have launched Korea's first Open Source EMAX-ERP. EMAX-ERP is a solution that maximizes productivity and efficiency by reducing development and maintenance by more than three times compared to existing ERPs by using its own framework.
In addition, in response to the recent 4th industrial revolution, we are leading the development and construction of smart solutions by converging IoT and big data technologies with IT technologies.
We will continue to be a company that prioritizes customer value creation through outstanding technology and experience.
